The Vandalia Recreation Center offers a number of birthday party packages to make your child's day special!  Each party includes 1-hour in the Special Events Room or Ricky's room, and 2-hours in the VRC feature of your choice.  The VRC provides paper products and a coordinator to help organize the festivities.  All that is left for you to bring is the cake and the guests! The Lobby of the Vandalia Recreation Center is NOT to be used for a party!

Aquatic Center and 1-Hour in Special Events Room OR Ricky's Room

Climbing Wall: Signed waiver by parent/guardian required for each climber.

Parties are scheduled in the order that the REQUEST forms are received. Turn in forms to the front desk or fax to 937-890-7748. If you hve any questions, please call the Party Coordinator at 937-415-2340, ext. 2509. Your can download the request form by clicking here for parties in September through May and here for parties in June, July or August.

The full balance of the birthday party fee is due 3 business days after the party date is confirmed to you by the Party Coordinator. Click here for Birthday Party Rules and Information. If payment is not received 3 business days after confirmation, the reservation will be considered void, and another party will be scheduled in its place. You may pay over the phone with a credit card, or in person at the VRC by cash, check or credit card.

Pool Additional Information:
Children 4 years of age and younger must be accompanied in the water within arms' length by a responsible adult (min. 16 years of age)

Appropriate swim attire (i.e., swimsuit, swim trunks) is required in the pool-no street clothes, cut-off shorts, athletic apparel, etc.

Climbing Wall Additional Information:
All participants MUST sign a waiver to climb.  Climbers under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent.

The minimum age to climb is 6 years old.

Luther's Jungle Additional Information:
Luther's Jungle is for children 4 years and older and under 56" tall.

Shoes are not permitted on Luther's Jungle unit.  Socks MUST be worn by all children while playing.
